Marine Corps Sgt. Michael C. Roy, 25, of North Fort Myers, FL, assigned to the 3rd Marine Special Operations Battalion, Marine Special Operations Advisor Group, Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command at Camp Lejeune, was killed in action on July 8th, 2009 in Nimroz Province, Afghanistan, while supporting combat operations.

He is survived by his wife Amy and three children, Michael, Landon and Olivia.

Three five minute rounds of:

Wall-ball, 20/14 lbs. ball, 10 ft target (Reps) 1 minute

Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75/55 lbs. (Reps) 1 minute

Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps) 1 minute

Push-press, 75/55 lbs. (Reps) 1 minute

Row (Calories) 1 minute

Rest 1 minute

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not stop or rest between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
