Back squat week 1

 

WOD:

3 person WOD 

18 minute AMRAP 

21x Wall balls (20 / 14)

15x Box jumps (24” / 20”)

12x Pull-ups

9x Thrusters (115 / 75)

Every 2 minutes, ALL athletes must do 10x burpees!!!

Shared reps / 1 person working at once / you MUST tag each teammate in.
