Warm-up:

Coaches choice

 

Strength:

5 min EMOM

3 Strict Pull ups 

6 Hang Power Clean (75/55)

9 Air Squats

REST 2 MIN

5 Min EMOM 

3 Burpees 

6  Front Squats (75/55)

9 Push Press  (75/55)

 

WOD:

6 RFT:

6x Deadlift (95 / 75)

6x Bent row

6x Hang power clean

6x Thruster

6x Push-ups (hands on bar)

Try to reach the Rx weight for each movement for 6 reps. If you end up with a weight lighter then the Rx weight, you must subtract that weight from the Rx and do that amount of Burpees x2 at the end of your WOD. This will count toward your time.

Use same bar load throughout
