Squat clean

1 rep max

 

WOD:

5 rounds

Each round is 3 minutes

Get as far as possible each round

30x Air squats

20x Deadlifts (135 / 95)

6x Push jerks

Max Double unders or paralette jump overs

Rest 3 minutes after each round
