Private Training


Your program will begin with a complete assessment of your current physical capabilities, history and goals. Your coach will evaluate movement patterns, strength levels, range of motion, structural balance and any limitations. Your coach will also work with you to help make your training goals a reality.


Our mission is to shape your life long definition of health and fitness by pairing working out and fun so that you will build habits to last a lifetime. We will introduce you to proper technique in everyday functional movements, while developing the ten general physical skills: endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy and coordination. This program is excellent for athletics and will enhance their game. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you and encourage you in your health and fitness journey.

Liam's 6 month transformation was amazing! We owe it all to Audrey at CROSSFIT. Prior to CROSSFIT, he ate healthy and was in sports, but we weren't seeing any change to his weight. So we turned to CROSSFIT and he started in the kids program. The 45 minute workout out was high impact but Liam loved it because it wasn't a traditional workout, as he said it was "cool" and always ended with a game. As parents, we love that CROSSFIT always focusses on doing your personal best and the kids cheer for one another's accomplishments. It has been almost 2 years since he has started and he is still going and getting stronger. People always comment on how great he looks, but the changes he made on the inside mean the world to us.
