What is CrossFit Kids?
CrossFit kids is a program that combines bodyweight exercises, running and weight lifting. This program will increase your child’s strength, along with their self confidence!
Our Mission as Coaches
Our mission is to shape your child’s life long definition of health and fitness by pairing working out and fun so that they will build habits to last a lifetime. We will introduce them to proper technique in everyday functional movements, while developing the ten general physical skills: endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy and coordination. This program is excellent for athletics and will enhance their game. We look forward to the opportunity to work with your children and encourage them in their health and fitness journey.
